We are looking for a creative, motivated, and social-media-savvy intern who is eager to learn and grow in a fast-paced creative environment.
Key Responsibilities
As a Junior Social Media Manager Intern, you will support DigitAll’s digital presence by:
•Assisting in managing social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, TikTok)
•Creating and scheduling engaging social media content (posts, stories, reels)
•Writing clear, creative captions aligned with the brand voice
•Designing simple social media graphics using Canva or similar tools
•Supporting short-form video content creation (Reels/TikTok)
•Monitoring engagement, comments, and messages
•Researching trends, hashtags, and content ideas
•Assisting in content planning and weekly content calendars
•Supporting digital campaigns and brand promotions
Education Requirements
•Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Marketing, Media Studies, Graphic Design, Journalism, IT, or related fields
•Self-taught candidates with strong interest and basic skills are encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements
•No formal work experience required
•Basic understanding of social media platforms and digital content
•Experience managing a personal, school, or business social media page is an advantage
•Basic skills in content creation (copywriting and simple design)
Required Skills & Competencies
•Strong interest in social media and digital branding
•Basic graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe Express, Photoshop – beginner level)
•Good written communication skills
•Creativity and attention to detail
•Willingness to learn and take feedback
•Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
Added Advantage (Not Mandatory)
•Basic photo or video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere Pro)
•Understanding of analytics and engagement metrics
•Interest in digital marketing and brand strategy
